Tech Tip for UE204 Ethernet Enabled USB Hub

We had a customer that changed the password on his UE204 and forgot it. Unfortunately, the only way to recover from this situation is to reset the product to its factory default condition. We forgot to include this information in the current revision of the manual. But, rest assured, we will get it in on the next revision. In the meantime, here is how to reset the product to the factory default.
- Be sure the power is on.
- Press the reset button and hold it for three seconds. The reset button is located between the power connector and the RJ45 jack. You will need a paper clip or something to press the button. After you hold it for three seconds, disconnect the power.
- Reapply the power. It should boot up in its factory default condition without a password.
