B+B SmartWorx CTO to present IoT solutions at inaugural IoT Evolve event

Ottawa, IL – May 31, 2017 – B+B SmartWorx powered by Advantech has announced Mike Fahrion—B+B SmartWorx VP of IoT Technology and CTO—will be a featured presenter at Ingram Micro’s inaugural “IoT Evolve” event Wed., June 14, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

According to Fahrion, at the event he will help explain the nuances of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and outline common outcomes and challenges, and explain how to look past IoT hype and focus on successful, real-world industry applications.

A common industry challenge—substantiating the benefits of IoT solutions for industrial and manufacturing sites—will be of particular interest. He will also participate in an IoT Q&A panel, allowing attendees to get the answers they need.
